This was the highlight of our Dubai family vacation! Our kids (4 and 7) absolutely loved the activities - they made friends and had a blast with the treasure hunt and water games. This experience is designed for families with children aged 2-12 years. There are dedicated areas and activities for different age groups: toddlers (2-4 years), younger children (5-8 years), and older children (9-12 years). All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times, though supervised activities allow parents some relaxation time.
We recommend bringing swimming attire for all family members, sunscreen, sun hats, and any personal items you might need. Towels are provided, as well as a kids' entertainment pack. If your child has a favorite pool toy, you're welcome to bring it. For infants, please bring swim diapers, as these are required for health and safety reasons.
Yes, we provide complimentary life jackets in various sizes for children. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If your child has a specific life jacket they're comfortable with, you're welcome to bring it along.
Yes, there is a poolside restaurant with a family-friendly menu including options for children. You can also add our Family Lunch Package during booking or on-site, which includes a meal for each family member at a special price. Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the exception of baby food and formula.
Participation in all activities is optional. Your children can join as many or as few activities as they wish. The activities are supervised by trained staff, but parents must remain on the premises. Some activities are designed for parent-child participation, while others allow parents some relaxation time.
